Constitution of the files: 1st enrollment

  Card of informtion delivered by the administration.
  Copy of the C.I.N.
  Copy of the bac marks of baccalaureate.
  The original of the orientation card.
  3 photos (structural the name of candidates).
  3 envelopes one with acknowledgment.
  medical File (has hangs the establishment of origin) the medical      visit will be arranged in the school.
  Coupon mandate of 30D or possibly 15D to the enrollment and 15D      in the beginning of the 2 semester.
  Coupon mandate of 5D for the C.N.S.S.
  Coupon mandate of 800 Millimeses for the M.A.S.U.

Observation: The required documents must be delivered according to                        the order in a hardback sheet.
                   Out of these delays, the application for enrollments                        won't be accepted.
