Maintain Transport Network Structure in Transport Desk systems and master data needed for Transport Planning in coordination with the Strategic Transport Desk Generate data checks and analyze discrepancies and issues with Suppliers and Forwarders Actively communicate with Suppliers and Forwarders Provide Transport Planning reporting Spot sourcing of transports Ensure full compliance of the site with customs, export and sanctions laws and requirements Continuously improve Transport Planning processes and keep up-to-date Supply Chain Trainings and Documentation and Guidelines for Transport Planning processes in line with Transport Desk systems requirements
